THE DESIGN LOFT

So, you clicked on "the finer side". Some fun work isn't it. Like many artist I tend to get involved in all kinds of creative projects, it keeps things interesting. Painting is such a free feeling, but over the years I've felt my graphic skills have been such an asset when doing murals.

I love this whole process from start to finish. Meeting with clients, discussing their ideas, doing research and then digging into my imagination and creating the designs. Sketches are supplied and adjusted as needed. Once the sketches are approved the adventure begins. You'll notice the bulk of my murals have been for children's rooms and I couldn't ask for a better audience. My heart goes into every job I do, and making you happy with a custom mural is my main goal.

As for the faux finishes, it's pretty amazing what you can do with paint and glaze. When meeting with clients, we'll discuss possible techniques and space that will be painted. Once color and technique are agreed upon, I prepare sample boards before beginning the job.
